In order to experience a regular growth most plant species need a stable environment. Thus, achieving control of temperature and humidity in nurseries and greenhouses is a challenge we must win in order not to lose productivity.
Natural Misting systems are essential technologies to limit the effects of summer heat spikes in nurseries and greenhouses and to ensure ideal humidity and temperature conditions.
They enable a homogenous and adequate irrigation and the delivery of nutrients – a combination of elements needed for the correct development of production.
The creation of an environment with constant temperature and humidity and the delivery of a timely fertigation are elements which have a positive impact on plants’ health and on productivity.
Crops which don’t experience climatic stress and are fertilized correctly, have a longer shelf life and preserve their nutritional properties also after harvest.
Temperature reduction produced by atomization of water drops which subtract heat from ambient air makes it possible for CO2, key ingredient for photosynthesis, to remain longer inside the greenhouse.
Natural Misting systems employ only water from the water supply which, atomized, evaporates in air thus increasing humidity.
They make it possible to dose and consistently distribute fertilizers and plant protection products, they are the solution to improve crop profitability and quality.
Although water is the cheapest and natural cooling system and the one with the smallest environmental impact, it is important not to waste it.
A correct management of water resources creating a drizzle which covers homogenously not only the soil, but also leaves and fruits, prevents water waste.
To ensure efficiency and hygiene, humidification and misting systems are equipped with a mechanical filtering station and with a reverse osmosis membrane.
A regular and periodical basic maintenance consisting in the replacement of consumable components is required.
Natural Misting’s low and high pressure misting systems and filter stations outside the Italian national territory, are supplied in assembly kits.
The supply of the kit includes, in addition to the devices, all the components necessary for installation such as tubes, hydraulic fittings and nozzles.

The low-pressure misting system is connected to the water supply. Water runs through a filtering station with activated carbons and a reverse osmosis membrane. At regular intervals a low-pressure pump pushes it in the bar where nozzles are fixed. Water thus transformed into micro-drops disperses immediately creating a light and refreshing rain. Intervals of misting supply are set in advance but can be modified by the user.
The high-pressure misting system is connected to the water supply.
Water runs through a filtering station with activated carbons and a reverse osmosis membrane. At regular intervals a low-pressure pump pushes it in the pipe where nozzles are fixed. Water thus transformed into micro-drops disperses immediately creating a light and refreshing rain. Intervals of misting supply can be programmed.
The ultrasonic humidification system is connected to the water supply. Water runs through a filtering station with activated carbons and a reverse osmosis membrane. Collected in an expansion tank it is channeled in a tank where vibrating transducers atomize it into micro drops of less than 5 microns. The production of mist is continuous, and staff can regulate the exit speed from nozzles.
